All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Our guest policy is guests can stay up to 14 consecutive days; past 14 days the guests must be added as a resident onto the lease. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
