Cumberland Park is a pet-friendly community, permitting two (2) pets maximum per apartment home with breed restrictions. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 for one pet and $300 for a second pet, for a total of $750. Please contact our Leasing Center for additional information regarding pets living at the community.
